Matomo data is hosted in the United States, under Google Compute Engine servers managed solely by Heimdall.

Access and Disclosure to Third Parties

Heimdall does not sell, and has not sold, consumers’ Personal Data at any time. Except as provided below, we also do not share or disclose your Personal Data.

Disclosures Because the Government Told Us To — if we are obliged to comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.

Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers — in case of a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.

Retention of data

Matomo data — we retain non aggregated data (user visits) for 4 (four) months, after this period we only keep the aggregated data.

Account data — if you have an active account we will retain this information for as long as your account is active.

We will also retain and use this information as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect Matomo’s legal rights.
